Dispatch Details

Orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday will qualify for same day dispatch.


Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.


Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday (Unless otherwise stated).


Orders placed via ghostcartridges.com for delivery in the UK/Europe will be fulfilled via Starr Tattoo Supplies, Unit 1 Meir Road, Redditch, B98 7SY, UK.

Exceptions


We offer delivery service as next day to the UK, however certain areas may take longer than 1 working day, such as Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.


Weight restrictions apply to large orders.

Please ensure your full address and postcode is correct on your order.


Please ensure your contact number (mobile preferably) and email address is correct and active as they will be used within delivery shipment details.


Please note that some large orders or specific supplies may arrive in multiple parcels. This occasionally can also be with separate drivers – this is subject to the courier. If you are concerned about your remaining parcels, you can track them on the courier app or website, or alternatively, contact us to help.

Peak Season Delivery

During peak seasons (e.g. Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas and New Year) we aim to dispatch orders as normal. However, please be aware that courier services may be limited. We will advertise specific delivery changes leading into and during various peak seasons. Some courier services may operate a 1-2 working days delivery service when advertised as ‘Next Day Delivery’, please note this is out of our control once dispatched from our premises. To avoid potential disappointment, we recommend ordering an extra day in advance for any supplies needed to ensure you are stocked for day-to-day activity.
