Refund policy
Ghost Cartridges are proud to have high quality products – sometimes from bulk production there may be instances of defects, or even damage due to shipping/handling.
If an item needs to be returned to us, whether it be a general return, damaged product or warranty issue, please reach out to us via email and a member of the team will guide you through the return process.
We have a 7 day return policy, any time after this you will not be covered for a refund, credit or replacement unless we deem it necessary or the reason for return is a fault on our part.
Goods returns will only be accepted by prior agreement by Ghost via email.
We do not accept returns on opened, used or damaged products.
Returned items which were ordered incorrectly will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the customer decides to then keep the product, it is down to the customer to either collect the item(s) from us or pay a charge for redelivery.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
